The services we perform are commonly covered by insurance policies. However, many different variables determine whether or not your insurance will cover damages sustained to your home or business.

Only an adjuster with your insurance company can determine if your policy provides coverage for the damage your property has sustained.

Assisting you with your insurance claim is part of the service we provide. We prepare detailed estimates and provide documentation along with photos for mitigation services, content cleaning and storage, and structure repairs.

We use Xactimate Estimating Software, which is also used by many insurance companies, to prepare our estimates. This software allows us the ability to provide a detailed estimate to you and your adjuster. The estimate will clearly describe the scope of work and costs associated with each task.

Many insurance companies have preferred vendor or contractor programs. You will find we are members of many of these programs. We also work with companies that do not have these programs as well as ones we are not members of.

As a restoration company performing repairs to your home or business we are employed by you, not the insurance company. Being a preferred vendor does not determine who we work for. We always work for the property owner and will perform repairs in your best interest.

If you have further questions regarding insurance and how it might relate to your repairs, please contact our office.

Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you have.

As an IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Services Certification) Certified Firm our team uses the latest training and technology in cleaning and deodorization of structures and contents.
